History and Social Studies
St. Theresa School has adapted both California State Standards and Diocesan
guidelines to suit the needs of its students. The program provides ambitious
expectations for all students. Every grade level has a carefully developed set of
expectations as indicated in the California State standards. The general areas
covered in the Social Studies curriculum are:
